Need to display bucket of 1 to 10 in webi Report

Hi All,

Need to display bucket/values like 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 in single row.

I have one rating variable on this variable I have created this bucket but right now I can see those numbers from 1 to 10 which are present in DB but I wanted to show all 10 values though any value is not there in DB.

PFB example where for Question 1 we have 1 to 10 ratings however for Rating 4 there is no count at DB so we are unable display Rating 4 in table as 0 or NULL.

Kindly help to show Rating 4 in the table.
